Anyone who self-registers for a shoot, whether or not they end up photographed. Registrant limits apply per shoot — an unlimited-shoot plan still caps how many people can register for any single shoot session.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade to a larger registrant tier at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets 14 days of full access, no credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose a plan to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your account and all shoot data remain accessible through the end of your paid period.
How long do finished photos stay available to clients?
Photos stay available for the retention window listed on your plan (60–120 days after each delivery, depending on tier). Need longer-term archival? Contact sales about an extended-retention add-on.
